This is the most helpful store I have been to in a long time. I had to drive all of the lower half of arkansas look for a specific tool box since online was no help. From start of locating the item I wanted to checking out to getting it loaded into my truck everyone was so helpful. I will drive the hour and half drive from now on.

It’s a big box store. Most every person that works there that I talk to is pleasant. The store is clean and prices are clearly marked. As far as prices go they are competitive. While building a house I have found some items are cheaper some and some are only slightly more expensive. In general I avoid Home Depot as a matter of principle if the products are available somewhere else close by. This is entirely due to their position concerning political issues and gender issues. I wish Home Depot and their management which simply stay neutral. That way I don’t feel like I have to pick a side when shopping. So in short prices and products fair and comparable.

This location sucks! No help what so ever. I have spent so many thousands of dollars for the type of service this place offers..... I will stick to North Little Rock location. This place need to be shut down.

Been a customer at this location since grand opening I believe they currently have one of the best managers and operation at this time the employees are very knowledgeable almost impossible to get in and out of the store without at least being asked once or twice if you need help can't find that at the other hardware stores and if you do need help 90% of the time they'll tell you exactly where to go to get it or they go with you to get it "great store"

An associate was very helpful in finding some needed screws to reassemble a TV's base.
