I had a few issues with an online order and Ms. Benson was extremely helpful in getting things worked out. The employees that I dealt with there were very helpful and courteous. They even made phone calls to ensure they had our order correct which is unheard of these days.

Tile is straight and not cracked but they used regular tile on edge. Looks awful....And they used the wrong grout color. Received partial refund and they are supposed to be taking it out and doing the correct edging. We will see...all around headache thru whole project and if I could do it again, I would find local contractor for whole project @Legacytile

Lowe's has a beautiful garden center. Their plants & flowers are always so healthy. Their employees are not always very helpful.

I’ve shopped here more than I should have. Simply tired of standing around waiting for help when my intention is to spend thousands of dollars. Should have listened to my contractor and hit other places such as Kaufman Lumber and other suppliers. Update: 2/2/2018 - A washer I had ordered was supposed to be delivered today. After scheduling time to be at the residence of delivery, I got tired of waiting and called to see where the washer was. The person on the phone was quick to let me know it was still on order. Why the hell didn't someone call from Lowe's to update me on this! If Lowe's does not have an operating system that sends out alerts to customers when deliveries are going to be past due, there are some serious issues within their management software and IT department.
