I love Home Depot and know if I need something I can surely find it inside home Depot. I do tons of remodel projects which entails a lot of painting. I love the paint options home Depot has to offer, they have quality paint and lots of colors to choose from. It's probably one of my favorite things to do when I go in the store, is pick out paint and talk to the guy who does the paint 99% of the time. He's very nice and very helpful.

Turn over of help is high. So as a result knowledge base is low. take you chances asking for assistance. As with all Home Depots. The good think is the Staff are friendly and Courteous. This is a box store for Home Repair and Improvements. Contractors use this store as well. So variety is great.

I purchased a $3,000 refrigerator from Home Depot in 2016 and I also purchased a 5-year extended warranty. I cannot count the number of times that advanced Appliance has been out to do repairs to this refrigerator. Yesterday my refrigerator went out completely. I went to Home Depot with tears in my eyes and was told there would be no problem replacing the refrigerator since I had purchased the five year warranty. I was also told that since I was completely without a refrigerator that they would bring me a loaner refrigerator either last night or today. I have made four calls to Home Depot today since I have heard nothing from anybody on the loaner refrigerator that was promised. I finally spoke with someone in management who told me there was not any possibility of me receiving a loaner on a weekend. So here I sit with all my food thrown out and no one seems to care about that extended warranty that I purchased or the fact that I was promised a loaner and that promise was a lie. Don't waste your time or money with companies that do not stand behind their promises and do not honor their warranties.

They always help me fix my stuff and often help me find good handy people to fix what I can't. Also, I appreciate their commitment to equality and shop there because they're so kind

I prefer other stores, but sometimes Home Depot has the particular thing I'm looking for. It's near other stores and reasonably easy to get in and out. What I don't like: They almost never have folks nearby to ask questions. Often once you find someone, they're busy answering the phone headset with other folks looking for help. They also often don't even have any check out clerks on duty, so I have to use the self checkout. That's usually OK but on a large or complicated set of stuff the one person on self checkout duty scans everything anyway. I've had some issues with low quality items, which of course they'll replace without question but I would rather buy home repair items that last better in the first place.
