I totally understand keeping inventory in order can be difficult with the spring sales going on. There was an employee that went out of his way to help us get what we needed. He was very courteous and professional. It is my opinion your store would be in even better shape if you had more employees like him. I will be happy to share his name management if they request.

Just moved to the area and needed some screws for my TV mount. Went to the other big home improvement store which was closer first. BIG mistake! The staff at Lowe's was top notch, helpful, and friendly.

Very good store. Great location. I was in / out and back on the highway very quickly.

I went in with my mother in law to buy triplex 4 gauge copper wire for my house. I asked for some help to find what I needed. I'll be honest I didn't know the gauge going in so I called my husband's grandmother who was an electrician for forty years and is the person who is helping me do everything. I had her on the phone to make sure I got the correct thing. The guy in the store asked me where my husband was and I said he was outside. He asked me to go get him. I said no he doesn't know what to get. He got even ruder to all of us saying that we was just women and that this is a man's job. I did my best to stay calm because I wasn't going to go to jail because of him. I repeated my question about the wire. He said all he had was aluminium. I asked him if he was going to be paying for a new house if mine burned down. He asked why that. I explained to him that you can't mix copper and aluminum wire. Then he kept saying it didn't matter and he saw people do it all the time. I'm not one of those people. I started to walk away and he grabbed my arm and said it didn't matter. I know what store I will never be going back too in my life time.

I love the fact that they are dog friendly. However dogs must be on a leash and no one enforces this rule. People who refuse to follow the rules and respect others are going to ruin it for everyone. Be a responsible pet owner.
