Not very knowledgeable employees. Large selections but didn't have the piece I needed so they sold me something that didn't work instead. You'd probably be better off elsewhere.

Seems to me that people complain too much. It's retail. You need some help ask. It's that simple. Bring help if you need it. Most of the people who work retail are there for a job, not experts. But if you've ever been to Bella Vista/Bentonville you would know that most of the guys are sissies. So not surprising that so called "men" would walk into a hardware store asking for help. With all of these wonderful apps in the world one of you morons would be smart enough to figure SOMETHING out, but no. As for the store in Bentonville, excellent staff and excellent customer service. Kudos to Harry and those wonderful folks working there.

We bought a Power Washer from this store and in less than 3 months it completely breaks. When we tried to return it using the warranty, the store manager, Harry, refused to do the return because the warranty was voided because of no oil. We are a professional business that has been staining in Northwest Arkansas and Missouri for over 15 years. We know how to properly use and maintain these devices so we know there was nothing wrong with the oil. With the cold weather we are unable to get as much work completed as we like to so this $500 loss will not be easy. We will refuse to shop here again.

Excellent custoner service! Very friendly staff. 4 stars bc they need to keep more things in stock. Not a huge selection of tool boxes when we went. But overall great store!

Wow night and day from this cemetery to home depot. Good luck even getting a hello back. Nobody ever around to help if someone's gotta call someone over they show up 15 min later w an attitude. Told guy last week get a different job if you don't like what you were hired to do. Brown haired lady by the loading area register reminds me of that cranky lady from the goonies and man it's the end of the world if you interrupt a chit chat between two workers to get an answer. Place is a joke nobody knows anything. Well I don't work this area but I guess I can find out who does. Get that alot. Boycott
