Great visit today. Ryan in flooring and Jason in doors did an outstanding job with customer service. Jason also assisted us with a dehumidifier and grill. Spent a little over $4,000.00 today. Just bought a new home in Bella Vista. Needed some up grades. Thank you for having great associates employed at this location. Looking forward to our next visit.

Wish they had suggested getting a vent converter so the dryer could vent to the side. Very helpful staff; added bedded hoses and power cords to the order so I had everything needed for new washer & dryer. Delivery guys were fabulous. Warehouse folks need to be docked pay for dents on equipment when they load truck - first dryer had very large dent & they took it back. Second dryer also had dent but much smaller; we accepted it & got 10% off dryer cost.

I always have a good experience when I shop at Lowe's. This visit I didn't find what I was looking for, but I had two clerks helping me look for what I wanted. Update: Since I wrote this review, Lowe's has added new Veteran's benefits. After registering at Lowe's website, veterans are eligible for the 10% discount and specials only for Veterans. Today, I received a coupon for a free bag of charcoal. They are good people, and they have earned my business!

I really like how almost all employees know what isle everything is at. Makes it seem a bit more like they actually care. I find what I need almost every time. Can't really give a good comparison to competitors because I really only go to Lowe's, but then again it's within walking distance for me. This particular visit I went for plant food and found some really good Scott's super bloom.

I was once a big fan of this store but through the years it's just gone downhill. Everything from customer service that doesn't know what they're talking about to the lack of inventory has forced me to change to a new business partner. Definitely not a store for a professional woodworker.
