They are pet friendly and that is awesome! Out pupper loves it there and pouts when it is time to go. I usually get what I came for plus some. I have has some great customer service and the only reason I didn't score it 5 is a lack of home organization/closet items and I've had to return too many items due to lack of quality even though I typically go higher priced for important items. Like a shop vac. I bought what was supposed to be the higher vacuum strength and yet it only worked well enough to make me wonder if that was it. I went a bought a Craftsman, actually 2, and they both worked way way way better. There has been a few other things, a heater being one, a cheap switch stop switching in less than a month. Make your vendors step up Lowe's. They are making you look bad. I would be happy to pay a small percentage more for quality. Still love ya though! Thank you!

Went to help my mom pick out some tile for her bathroom remodel. There was a lady in flooring, her name is Jennifer, and she had wonderful insight and design ideas and took the time to help my mom figure out what was most cost effective. They talked for an hour at least. Mom was happy. I was happy. Perfect experience.
