If I could give something less than a 1, it would be well warranted. An order placed and scheduled for delivery was canceled twice without my knowledge after waiting for the delivery. One person Courtney the delivery manager control of this order and did an exceptional job being certain that it was complete. Her rating surpasses a five.

They have gone really downhill in the last 5 years. Used to love going there. Friendly helpful people and they had people that new what they were talking about. So many employees you would think one of the five that walked by me would say good morning or ask if I needed help. Then have one lane open to checkout when you can look around and see 6-8 employees. Worth the 10 minute drive to go to Home Depot and save the headache of going into this Loweâ€™s. I am done with this Loweâ€™s.

Very rude and unprofessional manager, and thats just the start. My husband bought two containers of roofing nails on the same day he started and finished his roofing job. And he had not opened one of the containers so he decided to return them. When he went to return and get his money back he was told by the lady behind the counter that he HAD opened and used some of the nails so she could only give him half his money back, which I have never heard of! And he told her he had not, she kept pushing him to take only half the money and go, so he told her he could go and grab the same brand and size container and she coukd weigh them to see that he had not used any of the nails and she kept pushing so when that didn't work he asked for the manager and the lady behind the counter walked away and left him for about 45 mins while she wondered around looking for a manager. She came back with no one and told him that just for this one time she could over ride her manager and give him his full money back. My husband noticed her name tag said manager, he pointed it out and she denied it! Her name was Kristen Bobo. He got his full return Today i took my grandfather in to get a key made and we had to walk around and ask different people that worked there if they could make the key and were told no. Once we did find someone he told us he woikd be over in a second and we waited roughly around 40 mins before walking out. we will never been back here again. This has lost all our business with them.

I Walked into the busines on 11/12/17 @ 3:00pm. I walked back to the appliance area to purchase a dryer. I also observed 3 other couples and a white female all standing in front of different appliances they were interested purchasing. NO STORE ASSOCIATES EVER CAME AROUND TO HELP. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO HORRIBLE.
