Worst customer service I have ever had. Made an online purchase. Confirmation said same day delivery, unexpected but yeah was excited. We did get a call saying that the delivery will be the next day instead, Ok no problem- Next day came and went with no delivery no phone call. We called we asked when can we expect delivery? They say What delivery? Then they finally find it and say we will have it to you by Wednesday- now 6 days past the original delivery date. Well Wednesday comes and goes with no delivery. I call asked to speak to manager, they say sorry not here today but I will give him your message. I then Called customer care I filled a complaint; They told me that someone will be calling me soon. NO CALL. 3 days later the delivery guy finally called me Saturday morning to tell me they were loading the truck on will be right over. Gee thanks for giving us a heads up. I called the store and asked for the manager-again he is not at the store-Left message. I have as of yet to get a phone call or an apology of any kind from this manager. This Manager has no business running a store he can not handle or from what it looks like "doesn't want to handle" ON a side note: The Madison Rivergate store helped me with all my needs and went above and beyond helping me. Maybe Hendersonville store should take note:
