Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They even had my flooring in stock and I was loaded very fast.

I was very satisfied with my experience buying new flooring from these guys. The staff is friendly and helpful and the prices were good. There was one small mix-up at first but they caught the mistake and went out of their way to take care of it for me. I would happily recommend this business.

UPDATE 2 After I submitted the update below, Sandra did give me a call and offered the rest of our money back. They asked if I would update my review to reflect that I am now satisfied. I’m satisfied that I finally got my money back but I do NOT recommend this company at all!!!! UPDATE to the previous review. As y’all can see, they commented on my review but I want to let everyone know NOTHING else was done to help make our purchase right. I never spoke to anyone else and only got generic automatic replies from them. Never anything concerning or addressing my issue. I still DO NOT recommend this company at all. Especially since they want to “look” like they addressed this situation but never did. I DO NOT recommend the store in Little Rock at all. I’m sure there are some good product there but the employees need to be inserviced on their product. We originally planned to buy laminate flooring at Bryan’s in Pine Bluff as we do a lot of business there and they are totally transparent with everything but my husband asked me to run by lumber Liquidators and see if we could get “a better deal” because some guys at work had shopped there. So, I go look for laminate flooring and the sales guy said, “oh ma’am, you really should try this vinyl flooring. We sale a ton and everyone is so pleased with it”. I was hesitant because vinyl to me was like linoleum but I checked it out with him and found a color/pattern that I liked. I told him we hadn’t discussed vinyl and I needed to talk it over with my husband. So a couple days later we came back into the store and spoke with the manager, I believe his name was Alex, and told him we wanted to look at the vinyl. I let him know up front that I had concerns because I had done some research and read where heavy furniture would dent the flooring and also needed to know how “perfect” our subfloor needed to be because it’s a crawl space home and not a slab. He assured us that it was “hard as a brick” and would never dent and also as long as the subfloor was only 1/4 inch off that we wouldn’t be able to see any flaws. Both not true! So after laying 31 boxes and moving furniture around on it, we noticed flaws and dents under the furniture. Of course Alex couldn’t do anything at the store level so I asked for a corporate number and spoke to some young lady that barely stayed on the phone long enough to get my information. Before we got off the phone she received the information from the store, Alex had started a complaint in-store, she decided she needed to start from the beginning on the complaint and make sure everything was complete. Later in the week, Barb called from the corporate office and was very nice. She stated that she could give us money for 10 boxes and that was all. I sent all the pictures and several weeks later, she calls again and said they were able to refund $500 for our flooring- initially she was going to give us an in store credit..which we would have never used but she needed up agreeing to refund to our account..By this time we had already gone back to Bryan’s in Pine Bluff and bought new flooring. Barb stated that this wasn’t a warranty issue so they weren’t able to refund all our money. I agreed that this probably wasn’t a warranty issue but a store issue and a product issue (cheap product). The manager, Alex, assure us that this was top notch flooring and we would not be disappointed. So, I suggested to barb that corporate set up an in-service for their employees in the Little Rock store as they have NO clue about the product they are selling. So if you have heavy furniture, I suggest you not buy vinyl or maybe use the little disks under the legs. I honestly feel any heavy furniture will dent it with it without the protective flooring disks. Basically we are out a few thousand dollars because of lack of education on product by the store manager and his team. I should have definitely gone with my gut and all the google reviews that honestly stated how this flooring is instead of the “professional knowledge” of the staff.
