What’s up with your customer service? This is the second location we’ve tried to shop at and had terrible customer service. First you have to find someone to help you. Then the bath tub I wanted to purchase was on the very top shelf. It took me about 10 minutes to find an empty flatbed and when I got back over there they had gotten it down and just left it in the middle of the aisle for me to try to load by myself. They never ask if they can help you, you have to ask them for help. Obviously you do not need the business.

Any other time, would have given them a 5 star! I paid for my refrigerator 4-22-18, will be delivered, 5-5-18. Ok, np but the guy calls@1:45 says they are heading my way and will call when they get closer. Another call, they are 20 minutes away. They call, truck broke down waiting on another truck, another call they are trying to fix their truck, finally at 4:35 call and say it will be 1 hr to 2 hrs before the other truck gets there. My gripe is we paid for it, and wasn't delivered on that day! Wasted my day, my kids day for what? Nothing

In the isle for about an hour not once offered help! I get hiring elders after retirement but them not being able to perform in the pace of life and job they're hired isn't good for business. Everyone should have experience about the parts and know how to locate them in a practical amount of time!

I go here often and this is overall a good store. Some of the staff is very knowledgeable but not all. Lowe’s has really brought their game up in the last few years and their price & product variety has improved vastly.

There's a lot to say either way about a massive Home Center like this... Yes they have a lot of everything... And most times they have what you need... They cater to the professional builder and the do-it-yourselfer so that leaves people in between sometimes... For example the professionals leave at 5 everyday... If you want to talk to a Master Plumber..., where else can you do that at a retail store?... Or a master electrician... You need to get your butt there before 5 everyday... I don't think that's an unreasonable expectation... But I do think it is a major issue that they do not discuss... The after five help are really nice people and a lot of them know a lot of things but they are not master electricians and master plumbers
