This review is posted out of sheer frustration!!!!! SInce the original installation 2.5 years ago they have worked on my floor SIX times. Yes.. SIX. It pops up about every six months. This last time was suppose to be his best installer and top quality glue. When the cardboard and buckets (to weight it down when drying)were pulled up the next day we were horrified to see mismatched boards, boards popped up because they weren't glued down and patch jobs. They stayed and redid some of it leaving a hole in the drywall even though there was a doorstop to prevent it from happening. They also tore up trim because they didn't want to take it off and put back on. THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT HAVE A DECENT INSTALLER. We have had 4 different ones. They also left glue residue on the new boards and I have been trying to get Raul, the owner, to send someone to clean it. He just wont answer my calls or texts. I have contacted an attorney. If even one board pops up again I'm going the legal route. I really should anyway. I'm embarrassed for anyone to see the shotty job in my beautiful dream home that is a result of this subquality company. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF GRIEF!!

Purchased wood flooring from them last year. I should have written this review sooner but I procrastinated. I am sitting here in my home thinking how beautiful they are, how well they are wearing and how many compliments I get on them! They look amazing. The people at RB'S Flooring were all wonderful and helpful! You won't go wrong with this company!

RB's showroom is well organized and has a wonderful selection of tile and flooring. In addition, their employees are knowledgeable, professional and always make themselves available to answer questions. They are my go to supplier for tile and flooring for my remodel projects. Thanks RB's!

My experience with RB's Flooring & Care has been outstanding. Just bought a place in NW Arkansas. Have now used them for new carpet throughout. New Shower tile. And now new flooring in living/dining and kitchen. Selection of materials top notch. Work started on time. Ended on time. Workmen cleaned up the area each day, even if they were coming back the next. Staff at RB's is outstanding. Very helpful. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Horrible company, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AS YOU CAN. When I bought my house last year and needed all new flooring RB's was recommended by my contractor. Even though their bid was more than the others I selected them based on their warranty and assurances that if there ever was a problem they would fix it right away. Well after a few months we noticed a big crater in the center of one of the bedrooms but never seemed to find time to follow up with them until August of this year. Realizing that we were coming up on a year since the floors were installed I figured I better get them out to take a look. I have now been chasing them for four months and it's been one excuse after another. They even came out a month ago and agreed to fix the problem but now that guy and the girl I dealt with mysteriously no longer work for the company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL PROMISE THE WORLD WHEN THEY WANT YOUR MONEY AND THEN DO NOTHING BUT GIVE YOU THE RUN-AROUND WHEN YO NEED THEM TO FIX SOMETHING.
