They have the BEST customer service. The store is usually very tidy and they maintain an excellent selection with lots of good brands including their own that usually comes with a truly hassle free warranty. You can walk in with your broken item and they will hand you a new one. Simple as that. It's great.

The customer service there has always been good to me.. The reason I only have them 3 stars is because they were unable to install my water heater for me. After my husband and I made the purchase, paid extra for an emergency install, they called us at home an hour later to inform us they don't have a plumbing contractor, the contractor quit and they haven't replaced them yet. We would have to find one ourselves. This was inconvenient because we were trying to pay for everything on our Lowe's card because we didn't have the out of pocket funds to pay a plumber ourselves. So I returned the next morning and got a refund on the installation costs and pick up my water heater and the equipment we already paid for to bring home for the plumber we hired. A fella in plumbing gathered everything and I had to buy some lumber to repair the floor underneath and another young man, Lonnie, helped me with getting the lumber, picking out a skill saw, loaded the truck and strapped in all down for me. In summary, I'm pleased with the staff, aggravated that they offer services they can't provide.

Items are never where the website says. Wheelbarrow are according to the website in aisle 20, bay 12. I asked two staff and one had no clue but eventually found the item in the front of the store and the other staff told me somewhere else completely different. I left a cart full of stuff due to the level of frustration. This is not the first time items haven't been where they said they would be either on the website or according to staff. I hate this Lowe's. Go to Tractor Supply, Atwoods, or Wal-Mart. You might pay more but you won't be met with frustration.
