Staff practically ignores you. We walked in and there were two people at the returns area. Neither greeted our acknowledged us in any way. We passed several other associates throughout the store and again were never acknowledged. The bathrooms were in a bad way with one out of order. When we were leaving our cashier was too busy talking to another cashier to say much of anything to us.

Wow!!! Does anyone that works here know anything outside of the 5 square feet you are standing??? And if there are 3 if you standing together and a customer walks up with a question surely one of them could make the effort to find the item. Wasn't any better over the phone. Total confusion.

Lots of people standing around in customer service but only one of the employees seemed to be working. Very frustrating trying to pick up a online order. Management should definitely be more involved in the store.

Had a lot of items on clearance and they were really good deals. Getting ready for fall and Christmas and trying to make room. Front end set up is a little awkward, like my hometown Lowes store set up better.
