I had a lesson in patience today. I wanted to buy a utility shed and asked about them while I was checking out other items. The check out person told me to go to customer service and ask about the sheds. I did and paid for the other items I had. The customer service person called someone to help me with my question so I had to wait and in a rush I left. On my way to my car, in the parking lot, I found someone phone on the ground so I got in my car and drove to a closer parking space and went in to turn in the lost phone. While at the counter the person who was to help me with my inquiry about the shed was there and told me that they had a fee in stock that she could show me. I went to the garden section and they had the one I wanted in stock so i was able to buy it there and one of the staff helped me load it in my car. Thanks Home Depot!

Not bad at all. Took a while for help getting an item from the upper shelf but cashier opened a register to get me out faster.

Helpful employees. Great selection and prices.

One of the best Home Depots around. Lowes is much closer to home so I usually go there but when they don't have what I need I go to the Truse Parkway HD. Lumber is usually better too.

So even though I didn't buy right now I really feel I need to write a review. I went in to look at flooring for a project I have coming up. I spoke with Robert M. Who I later found out was a Dept Manager. He went through everything i needed with me. But it wasn't that that made it a great experience. This guy had a personality and was happy that he was there. I felt like he was a friend not a salesman. I just want to say talk to him if you need a floor. Thanks.
