(Online Experience)Shadiest business I've ever worked with. Tried to get a project loan through the web and I was led on all the way through the process I'd be able to use this online with their chat service, the fact you can apply online and purchase. Then all of a sudden after I'm "approved" they're saying they need more documentation and can't help with anything at all and I'm not getting the loan after collecting my whole life story. Should out to Anya for getting me off the phone as quick as possible

This is the first Home Depot I've been where the employees were AVAILABLE, helpful (knowledgeable of their assigned departments) and friendly. Did I mention no 20 min lines? Love being able to buy what you need through the app and being txt when your order is ready. Oh AND NO LONG LINES! 😀😀. Thought I'd mention that again.😁

Manager refused to warranty my torque wrench. The Husky logo was worn off and the patent numer was for Stanley. I told him that's because Stanley makes the tool for Husky and I showed him a picture of the exact same tool with the Husky logo. That wasn't good enough. I'm supposed to produce a 20 year old receipt. What an idiot. Don't buy Husky tools. They won't stand behind them. They quit warranting their life time air tools too.

Very disappointed with the service I received today. I walked up to a middle aged sandy blonde woman, very politely asking "Hi there, can I ask you a question?" She looked at me very sternly and stated "NO, I don't do that, ask somebody in an orange vest." I let her know that her attitude was not friendly, or professional. She looked me in the eyes and stated again "I TOLD YOU I DON'T HAVE TO HELP YOU, THAT'S NOT EVEN WHAT I DO." Then why is she wearing a name tag, behind the counter at home depot? Am I missing something here? She informed me she would not watch her mouth, she would do and say as she pleases, and she was very sure she would still have a job tomorrow. I asked for her managers name, she looked at me and yelled "YOU CAN GO FIND HIM" I said "I know I can find him, but what is his name?" She repeated herself. Needless to say I was so red in the face...I couldn't even think strait. I demanded a discount for the items I purchased today, the manager was decent (Jeff) He apologized for her behavior, promised he would handle the situation, but I didn't catch her name... I hope he straightens this employee out. If anyone has regional manager information... please let me know! I don't want this to happen to anyone else! 1 star out of 5 for the discount, and manager services.
