I would rather spend twice as much as to ever shop at this location again. Purchased a washing machine and oven on 10/7 to pick up on 10/8 at 10 AM. The salesperson checked to make sure that he could locate both items before we purchased them. I arrive at 10 AM on 10/8 and the lady in appliances when to the back and only found the washing machine. She said she could not look any longer because no one else was covering the floor. She called FOUR different people and then the manager on duty, yet still could not get anyone to assist her. She told me to go to customer service to let them know the issues. I had been waiting for 45 minutes at that point. Customer service called overhead for someone to assist and 10 minutes later called for a manager to assist. NO ONE showed up! The customer service desk lady was very pleasant and said she was going to find someone. It took another 10 minutes for someone to show up. They were unable to find the oven until I asked for a refund. When they did bring the oven up front, the box was badly damaged. Total time in store was 1 hour and 45 minutes for items that were paid for yesterday. When we arrived home we found the front drawer of the oven was caved in when we opened the box, so we took it back and asked for a refund. This has to be the worst Lowe's in the country! Management no where to be found and did not respond to calls from customer service or appliance desk. I tried to call the store when we opened the box and found it damaged. I was on hold for 20 minutes for a manager. I was able to drive back to the store while on hold, no one every answered.

This Lowes Is Just Always Awesome. I buy most of my supplies from them for my business and they just donated a bunch of items for a project I am working on for a group of special needs kids. Helped me load it all up and everything. So incredibly grateful and will never be able to say thank you enough. What A Huge Asset To This Entire Community. A+💯 Pictures coming soon..

Lowes is most of the time good and will return.I would be careful if you pull into parking lot no matter how many spaces you have Ray Baker truck #6 will park too close to you and scratch your vehicle. Kurt, one of the managers at Ray Baker will believe his employee over pics. His guy said he parked 2 feet away so I sent him pics and was told he worked with the driver of van #6 for a long time and believed his driver

This Lowes is the best one I have been to. The people are very helpful. I was looking for a new grill and by the time I left, an employee was sharing recipes. He helped me pick the right one for my needs as well. Two other associates also helped me find things in the same visit without me having to hunt someone down. Great service and great prices.

My family and I own several houses, including rental houses, and we buy tons of stuff from Lowe's. Usually, we are very pleased with their selection, and they have decent prices. However, we were in a big hurry last week, so we called ahead and they were supposed to have a large load of lumber ready to load up into our trailer, but not one piece had been packed to load yet. Other than that, we love Lowe's.
