Lowe's Home Improvement Store Pine Bluff never ceases to amaze me every time I go there there are more than ample amount of employees standing around lollygagging talking amongst each other listening to music on their earbuds and doing nothing to help customers even when spoken to the managers don't speak back to you and the customer service Representatives when asked for help or not at all eager to help you almost every time I go for building supplies they do not have the basics that I need and I have to substitute with a higher-priced item or wait and go to Little Rock for the right item. Cleon at the paint desk was the only person helpful during my visit this storm could probably benefit with new upper and middle management which would likely result in a high turnover of their employees I do a lot of construction work only several houses in the area and is the general consensus of myself and others like me that if another big box store such as Home Depot moved in town Lowe's would go out of business which is really sad because I favor Lowe's in every location except for the Pine Bluff store which for a lack of better terms simply sucks.

The store employees were great helping me with my purchase. I first tried making my purchase online but they failed miserably. I kept getting transferred to different departments and they couldn't help me. The final lady I talked to was rude... When to my local store and there was no problems..

Most time cannot get help. Alot of time out of products. Some items are mixed up. Be very careful you get correct item. The potted plants didn't last long.
