Took a trip to this locations appliance center. The lady working the counter was NOT occupied, but was listening to another customer talking to her about their grandchildren. So I patiently waited until I was acknowledged; after about a minute. When the associate finally greeted me she seemed bothered by simply having to help me.
I was not there window shopping; I was there ready to purchase a refrigerator, and a rather expensive one. She had an attitude, and was short with me. She stated she did not have the fridge I was looking for, so I asked her if she could identify another Lowes that had it in stock. She told me the Apple Valley location did, however when I asked if she could verify that there was actually one in stock at the location she told me she could not do that. I am about to buy a $4000.00 fridge from the company that employs this lady and she cannot even do something as simple as calling the Apple Valley Lowes for me (the phone was right in front of her).
Lazy employees give these businesses a bad reputation. I do not frequent Lowes, however in this instance I did because they had the fridge I wanted. I think I will avoid this Lowes for my future major purchases.
