Purchased a very expensive refrigerator from here. At first I had a customer service issue with the woman working the appliance counter. I approached her and greeted her; she quickly looked away. I had to physically ask her if she would be able to help me. But no, she told the employee next to her that she had to get her husband dinner. Did not even bother to assist. The other employee was able to take care of me. I purchase my refrigerator, and was on my way. The first employee truly angered me; made eye contact with me and decided to ignore me; while I was standing three feet from her. I do not think I am being unreasonable to expect to be acknowledged, especially when it is known I am right in front of someone that knows I am there. In my opinion, these stores are good if you know what you are looking for before hand by doing the research at home and writing down the aisles from the website and heading straight there on your own. I even use self checkout to avoid dealing with some of the employees. I know in the desert there are not the highest caliber of people; but basic courtesies, and simply doing the job your hired to do is a standard that is expected. Lowes needs to do a better job at training it employees.

This is one of two Lowe's stores in the High Desert area and of the two it's my least favorite store due to the poor service. At times I have found the employees to be rude and unhelpful. As this has been my experience over three or so years I figure that courteous service is not a priority. Hence, i buy at Home Depot or the other Lowe's store.

Lowes needs to keep the data supplied to their app updated. I went to two Lowes stores looking for one item, the app said the first store had two of these in stock, that had one. The other had been sold 5 days before. The app said the other store had one of these items, they had two. I need two. Both stores had these items in a different location than what was shown in the app. It slows you down when you have to search for something.

i purchased a water heater and used their contractors. when job was completed and inspected the county said certain parts of the install was not needed. i approached lowes and spoke to their install dept which they refused to help sent me to their manager....ANOTHER DEADEND!!! never called me back after i spoke to him. all lowes manager said that some inspector will say this portion of the install was not needed and others will say nothing but ok the install. which to me is fine. when an inspector say everything is good then we are done and lowes gets their money. but when an inspector says this portion of the install was not needed that means to lowes they are going to keep your money too. so they win both ways. well wont use their credit card anymore. plus HOME DEPOT thats right HOME DEPOT WILL NOW BE MY FIRST CHOICE!!!!!!!!!! lowes has joined the ever increasing club with of big companies that the Almighty buck comes first and not the customer. well now its off the the official site and send an email to their corporate offices! This place has really gone down hill. I had a door to return that I ordered on line and they couldn't find the order, despite me having the email and stuff. So they tell me I HAVE to go to the store I picked it up at. I go to the Victorville store and they can't find it either. Finally, they found it with the invoice number that was on a sticker on the door, as well as the email they kept asking me to show them. Fast forward to today and I'm using a store credit. I even have the receipt, but when Robin punched in my DL# twice, she said it didn't match. She called the manager and he basically bsaid, too bad. Iasked for the manager to come speak with me and she said I'd have to go up front. I told her, "no, he needs to come up here". She then tries again asking me to read her the number on my DL, so I do, and it works. My thoughts, she entered the number wrong both times. After all this, my wife still wanted to talk to the manager. She had to call him 3 times and it took him 10 minutes to come out, and he didn't care. And they boast a sticker that says, "Easy Returns". How ironic.
