Waited a half hour to talked to someone in appliances at Home Depot no one ever came to help us even after paying someone 3 times! Came straight over here to Lowes and Ahmed helped us immediately. So much happier! Thank you!

Went in to get a Ring Chime Pro, which my local Home Depot was out of stock on. Presented my Military I.D. for the discount and was told since I was not registered with the store, I wasn't eligible for the discount. Will wait until Home Depot has them back in stock and will purchase it there. No registration or anything else needed to get the Military discount. Now I remember why I usually shop at Home Depot. Gave it a 1 star since it wouldn't let me do zero stars.

Great Place. The employee that I got to help me was very helpful... My ONLY complaint is, there isn't enough of them! I walked around unassisted for about 20 minutes before anyone asked if I was okay... and,I had to flag him down. Also, be wary of the "Cutting Procedures"... I needed a "special cut" on some lumber... they couldn't assist with that... Other that that, Lowes is FAR MORE SUPREME THAN HOME DEPOT!!!

Didn't have EXACTLY what I was looking for (nor did Home Depot) but staff gentleman at Lowe's helped me find a "substitute" item. I also overheard a staffer explain to another customer how to go about determining what the exact item was that he needed & that he might get it for free if he contacted the manufacturer.
