This company is apparently the successor to apparently now-defunct Warner Floors, Warner, Carpets Plus, Colortile or whatever its real name is or was. Armin is still in the office/showroom and still as pleasant as he was a year ago when I had flooring installed. He is a nice guy. He tells me that Vic, who sold my flooring to me, with installation, is the new "owner' of Royal. Vic sold me on replacing my 3" baseboard with new 4". In hindsight a bad decision on my part, but clearly it made the floor installation easier for them. Late in the game I was told they don't paint baseboard, so I painted it over the weekend prior to the job start. Lots of it - the entire downstairs pretty much. The crew showed up with a supervisor who pretty much did nothing practical as he had a badly damaged shoulder, although he was able to smoke. His crew of 2 seemed decent but they talked in what I suspect was Armenian, which I don't speak. The flooring went down fairly quickly except they didn't pay great attention to mixing the various standard grain patterns. I caught this in one area and they re-did it. I missed it in the center of the main room and saw it too late. Then came the appalling installation of the baseboard. Corners that aren't flush. 90 degree miter joints that aren't 90 degrees. Cut-to-fit ends that abut fireplaces, doors etc that look like they were chewed off by an alligator rather than shaped by professional craftsmen. Vic said to just fill it all with caulk. They don't do caulk, or paint, but Vic promised to make it good when they return to do one final room. Now Armin says Vic won't because "It's a new company now". Even though Vic apparently owns it. Photos seem not to display.

We bought hardwood flooring from the Floor Store. Fred, the sales person helped with the selection of the floors, and reduced the original bid price below to beat their competitor. But the biggest thing was the installation. The installation team was outstanding. It is the best flooring installation I've ever had done. Fred was fast, easy to work with, and a perfectionist about the results. A great combination. highly recommend Warner Carpet to everyone. I would use The Floor Store again, and would insist that Angel do the installation. It has been about a month, and so far the floors look great

The showroom offers great selections, and we found what we liked within 15 min. Fred, at Warner Carpets & Floors, worked with us on pricing, different options and when they are going to start and finish the job. He personally came to measure, and made sure my uncle is satisfied with the job throughout the process. The team was knowledgeable and very nice. We definitely recommend Warner Carpets and Floors and their management.

Fred and his crew did an amazing job converting tired, old, stained carpet to beautiful oak laminate floors in my duplex town home. They showed up on time and tackled some challenging existing conditions to generate a show piece, on time and on budget. I would definitely use Warner again
