Find another carpet place!! We used Advantage carpet in April of 2015 when we bought our house. We replaced all the carpet upstairs and the carpet in our downstairs living room, every place there was carpet, we replaced it. The installation was done by a guy who spoke zero English, which fine, whatever. He did the job alone and despite 2 places where glue was left and still remains to this day, all seemed fine. Which explains why it took me over 2 1/2 years to complain. Fast forward to about a year ago (I'm writing this in January 2018) to January 2017, the carpet in our living room got very loose and a huge ripple formed in the middle of be room across the entire thing. We thought it was just a coincidence and were planning to just live with it. Until the carpet in our bedroom and hallway started doing the same thing this past summer. The carpet is baggy and horribly rippled. It's very noticeable and very annoying. My husband has called them 3 different times in the last 6 months and each time they say they will have someone call back. Nobody calls. So my husband called again and they said they would have an installer call back. Never happened. I'm incredibly disappointed. Carpet isn't cheap. Our job wasn't cheap. We didn't yank on the carpet causing it to become baggy and rippled all over the place so this was clearly an installation mistake. I've never seen carpet do something like this. It's awful and ugly. I assume they just don't care, as we have called and explained the situation and have been repeatedly ignored. You might want to shop elsewhere!

Advantage Carpeting was the best place to buy carpeting for our home. Dennis Grossman gave us a deal that we couldn’t turn down. He answered all our questions. The installers were also we’ll-equipped with their materials to complete the job. The new carpet gave our whole house a WOW FACTOR!

Just walked in 3pm desperately looking for carpet installation since I had to rip out old ones from a room after flood. No one was in the store but I was roaming around looking at their prices until someone could help me. A man walks in says nothing to me and starts using his phone. He hangs up but still doesn't acknowledge me. I wait a couple minutes but he says nothing! I left saying "I guess no one works here or doesn't want my business "! He finally says in a defensive tone"I was on the phone"! By the way, just before I entered the store he was outside cleaning the exterior of his BMW and said nothing to me then also! I'm sure he was the owner and I am so disappointed !! Now I have to wait another day to get carpet... Rich Carpet store owner who doesn't need business because he already got his BMW!

These people are the best. They did shutters for me and also bought my flooring from them. I wish they sold everything so.I don't have tip deal with someone else. From.Annie to Heraj to the rest of the, staff, all friendly, professional and reliable, the prices are very reasonable. I recommend them 100%. I wish I could give them 10 stars which they deserve.

We went there, found a large selection, picked some carpet and bought it. Very helpful people and the install went very professionally. Wound up getting carpet for the whole house. Considering going back for another project. I would recommend them.
