It's a little smaller than the average Home Depot, they layout is unique with a personality of it's own since it's in an older converted warehouse but they've got nearly everything you need, and what they lack in size they make up for in knowledge and simply being helpful. Traffic and parking trying to get in and out are tight and awkward but once you get there it's greenlights and blue skies. Their seasonal plants hit the mark both on price and selection, I can generally get in and out pretty quickly. Love this store when I'm working in the Oakland/San Leandro area.

Very good. Sales Associates spent 45min with helping me. The part I needed was in stock but not in the computer. Nor the it's location. I will continue to shop there.

called Customer service for my online order details. I wanted to know if the patio door was assembled or comes in multiple boxes , so I can bring the right vehicle to pick it up. She checked the item and called me back to let me know that its one big piece. That was customer service. Kudos!

Need to have cashier open all the time. Shop and then stand in line for too long. In the pass I have left because of the wait to pay.

Never enough staffing to help customers. I had to make a phone call from within the store to get help. One cashier available for checkout all filled with a line of large materials. A long line for self checkout. After phoning again from within the store about this suddenly the people at the returns counters which there were 3 or 4 stations starting to ask customers to come over for check people out. What a surprise! The response to my phone calls was the reason I gave 2 stars and not 1.
