I own eternity flooring in my home and at my business. My experience with their laminate at my house has been ok thusfar, however, my experience with their vinyl planks has been subpar. Buyer beware here. I installed the vinyl planks at my business. It's a dental setting. I chose the material because of it's look, the waterproof material, and because of it's commercial warranty (10 years). We picked this material up at flooring liquidators where they said it would be appropriate for our job choice. We have had the floors for 1 year, and now the sides of the planks are bowing and chipping on the edges. Be warned that if you use chairs in your office (e.g. 99.9% of businesses), and anything happens to your floors, the warranty is void. THere are different ways of installing floors, some planks are glued and others are floating; the ones I purchased are floating and have a pad on the back. I think that is an inherent flaw, as things shift and move, there is wear and tear against the joints. They recommend a chair mat which isn't unreasonable for a single spot, but we would need continuous chair mats all throughout the office which is basically another flooring. If you're worried about the warranty, know that they will not stand up for their product, and that's why I think you should think very carefully about choosing this product for a commercial setting.
