Floor Dimensions: We have just had great service from Jason at Floor Dimensions, which was wonderful because we had some real problems. We chose a carpet from FD, and the installation was done very professionally. They let us know what was happening every step of the way, and the installers were very clean, helpful and polite. They worked really hard and stayed late to finish the work a day early. But within a week after it was installed it became apparent I was having a reaction to the carpet or pad, as I had difficulty breathing. We really didn’t know what to do, as I could not sleep in our bedroom, nor work in my office. It was in November, and we kept the windows open and purchased an air purifier. But it did not dissipate over the holidays, so we sent an email to Floor Dimensions telling them what had happened. They worked with us to get the carpet replaced. At first we thought we would just replace it with all wool carpet, but then decided that it would be better if we went ahead and put solid hardwood in the bedroom and office and wool carpet on the stairs. Again, the FD installers were outstanding, and we are very happy with our new floors. I have no hesitation with recommending Floor Dimension, and Jason, to anyone who needs flooring.

We love the job that was done by professionals and the carpet is exactly what we were looking for. The sales team was extremely helpful in making our selection of what would work best for our needs. I would recommend the company and will use them for any other flooring needs we might have in the future.

Outstanding customer service. Floor Dimensions made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I could not be happier with the materials they provided. What's more important, my wife is happy. Special thanks to Adrian.

I think it's very bad approach when you don't display price tags but make your customers ask price for every sample that you have on display. The selection is very big in this store although I asked price for couple hardwood floors and it seem to me way overpriced. Also installation fees are ridiculously high as well.
