I want to thank the guy that was in isle 16 today. He helped me get the correct respirator and cartridge that I needed. He even went the extra mile to get the product from the overstock instead of saying they were out. I should have got his name but I didnt. I really appreciate it though. 😁

I came here to pick up a Christmas tree. The staffs were suppose to slice off the bottom of the trunk for better water absorption. Saw these teenage girls barely know how to operate a chain saw were at the cutting station but didn't give it much thought. When I got home trying to align the tree to the post, it just wouldn't stand straight. Upon close inspection, the tree trunk were cut at an angle.

Went today looking for cotter pins to fix my garage screen door return. Asked the first worker where the pins are located and he gave me this blinded deer look. I walked away and found another worker who was a bit better dressed maybe a supervisor. Asked him the same question and another blind stair. He asked another employee who looked it up, I know what they are they look like heavy duty Bobby pins. Finally got what I wanted.

Home Depot never fails me but I do my research before I go in. If you don't want to make a long term investment in tools there is a tool rental center in here. They have items for construction, demo and landscaping. Ask for a price list next time you go in. You can rent for a half or full day. They even have carpet cleaners. This place has helped me out quite a bit in regards to plumbing. You will be charged upon the return of your item.

Gentlemen ( Asian elderly man ) in the appliance area went above and beyond to locate last gas dryer that no other home depot had in stock. I'm glad they had one left, last day of sale . Thanks again for the great service :)
