Very pleased. I removed carpet and replaced damaged hardwood on my entire 1st floor. From the start Jeanette was a wonderful and helpful sales associate. She made the ordering process so simple. Able and his crew were amazing completing the entire job in 2 days. I can’t say enough great things about there customer service. Thank you for a beautiful new floor.

Very easy for me. Got great carpet and luxury vinyl plank throughout the entire house in two days. One day for the vinyl plank, one day for all the carpet. The installers even helped me set the toilets back in place after the plank went in. They've been in the same place for 28 years, so I took that as a good sign. Glad I did.

very disappointing... kept me waiting for two hours for a no show.. yet promised multiple times he was on his way... If I cannot trust them for something as simple as an estimate appointment, then you could never trust them to stand behind their product.

The process was awful from the start. The measurer measured the house erroneously. We differed by 200 square feet. He insisted that a hall closet (coat closet) was 6 foot square and a walk-in. The salesman, Walt, refused to adjust the figures and charged us for the extra carpet. The salesman was condescending and insulting. He was going to charge us tax on labor! The carpet layers ran out of tape in the most critical place and refused to go get more and layed the carpet anyway. The carpet roll came in pieces. It was not one piece. I was told that I could have a refund for carpet left over if it was in 12 foot widths. The carpet layers couldn't do it because the roll was pieced. I do not recommend this store at all.
