No customer service. Unless you know exactly what you are looking for. Don't go there.

They cut the wood for free and it was accurate

During my visit in Hercules Home Depot I noticed an impressive increase in employees . I was able to ask my question quickly without wandering around looking for someone, which is a wonderful improvement. I had a question about how to use a certain tool and product. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and very courteous. I wish I had gotten his name. Hercules Home Depot is very pleasant and I feel very comfortable shopping there!

Disappointing. I had to track down store personal to get help finding the items I needed. And even though plenty of this store's employees were friendly enough to acknowledge my service dog while I struggled through the heavy long fresh 4x4's. Not one out of 5 employees that came up to me offered to help me sort through the useable wood. As a 115lb girl tough as I may be, would have been a lot less sore from the whole experience. Not to mention might be been able to get back in time to get to use the materials I just got before it got totally dark. Especially when you count all the time I spent struggling to get the 2 6ft 4x4s into my tiny car watching the employees collecting the carts all around me without so much as a second glance at me. This doesn't apply to all the stores employees but a very large number of them didn't seem to have any inclination towards going that extra mile for a customer, a concept that promotes the idea that employees should take the initiative to do things for the customers without having to be told to do so..

For a home depot near the house I can enjoy shopping for house hold products without being annoyed by workers with good customer service. I only speak on the evening shift workers. Ask and they shall speak a few words. You must be knowledgeable about what your there to buy. The workers are good for telling you what Isle the product you seek. Some with little knowledge but most are dump trucks and with half ounce of respect. Fair enough.
