Great no pressure down to earth environment! 👍

These guys will definitely take care of you. Their prices are reasonable and they are completely honest. I have ordered from them 3 different times and they have been super professional. They also treat you like family. Highly recommend. By the way if you google their name some other company pops up and tries to pretend he is Fullerton Wholesale. John is the owner.

This company is the worst! They deserve zero stars!! I am extremely disappointed with Fullerton Wholesale carpet! They are unprofessional, unreliable and will not stay in business very much longer if they treat customers the way they have treated me. The owner’s son, Zach, came to our home three times. First to measure and the other two times to provide samples. I picked out the carpet and the wood flooring we wanted and was told by Zach he just needed to schedule an installer and our flooring could be installed in two weeks. I asked him if he needed a deposit from us and he said not yet. I have not heard from Zach. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with him but he has not returned my calls. He provided his cell number to me previously when he was texting me photos of flooring to look at. He doesn’t answer my calls or texts to his cell or respond. I spoke to the owner, John, who said he would follow up with his son, Zach, to find out the status on the flooring and get back to me in a few hours. Needless to say, I never heard back from John or Zach. I have tried to call their store this week many times and no one is answering the phones and there is an outdated voice message stating they are closed for the weekend and returning on the 16th? Today is the 19th of Oct. I would not recommend this business and don’t know how they stay in business treating customers the way I have been treated.
