Love Lowe's! We used to go to another big hardware store, but one day we went there and they refused to honor my husband's VA discount, even though he is a bonafide Vietnam War Veteran. Later that week we went into Lowe's and asked them if they had a military discount. It turns out they DO and they honor it. SOLD! Ever since then we've been going to Lowe's in Chico and we love the store. It is clean, well organized, and has a friendly staff. They are dog friendly and they always seem to have what we need. They have been very respectful to my vet hubby and that goes a long way with me, so I give them 5 stars.

Stopped in and found some nice sized pots to plant my mints in. Only about $13.00 each and a beautiful blue. Was a fast and friendly stop.

Had Lowe do our cabinets and counters. Matt who took out and put in our cabinets was awesome. Knowledgeable and super friendly. When it came to the counters the guys installed a wrong color on one part of our counter, put nail holes in our new cabinets and when we filled a complaint we haven’t heard back from counters dept after 3wks. Super disappointed in the work from Lowe’s. And I have been going to Lowe’s for years. Wish I had gone some where else for our kitchen to be re done. We started this in December of last year and it’s still not done. There’s still tile work to be done. Lowe’s is NOT DOING that for us.

Went to look for Orchids. Found 2 that will do great in a wardian case. Could use a better selection other than Phalaenopsis orchids. There are a lot of growers here in town that would love to see a larger selection of them.

This stores costumer service is very poor. Me and my family had to haul 20 bags of mulch to our car, and had barely any help. We even asked the cashier if we could get some help and no one came until the end where the same cashier came out and put some of the last ones in our car.
