Horrible customer service. I ordered an item online. A few days later, I received an e-mail from the manufacture stating the item was unavailable. I never received an e-mail or phone call from anyone at Lowe's informing me the item was unavailable. The manufacture told me in the e-mail to go to Lowe's to get my refund. I tried online, but was told to go into the store. I went to the local Lowe's for my refund. The customer service lady could not figure it out. She called her floor supervisor, who told me to call the 1800 line to have them assist me. I asked to speak to the Store Manager...Shaun spoke to me. Basically, told me the same thing. I need to call the 1800 line and have them assist me. First of all, I was a customer of Lowe's. I don't understand why I could not get my money back. I am out the time I waited to get a product that Lowe's can not provide. Now, I am running into a hassle getting my $23 back. By the way, I called the 1800 line. The lady I spoke to was extremely surprised the store employees could not handle the refund in the store. They need a new Store Manager and employee training. I'll never go there again....too bad.

So I going to Lowe's for the third day in a row primarily looking for drywall bags for a Shop-Vac and yet again there is none on the Shelf. I look around for anybody in the department and find nobody so I look above and they're overstocked and find item number marked on the outside of the box sure enough they have one. So I took it upon myself to get the ladder and get it down and actually stock the shelf for them since they can't seem to do it. Then I go into Plumbing and I'm looking for sprinkler wire there is nobody in that department either and after looking thoroughly I can't find it so I move on to the electrical thinking maybe it'll be there but still came up empty-handed. By the way there was nobody in that department either to help me. Frustrated I finally went to the self-checkout and when I scanned the bags it said 1999 for two of them. I thought this was a little steep so I went online searching for shop vacuum bags and Home Depot popped up. When I clicked on it it said 1799 and it was a pack of three. So I asked the associate there if they would price match and she said that she couldn't because it has to be the exact same item. Didn't offer to Discount anything at all. So end result is I just said all leave my items there that I did have and I would just go to the Home Depot and buy everything there. she smiled and said sounds great. I've been noticing overtime that Lowe's has been getting progressively worse and worse with all their customer service personnel and their knowledge. I used to hate the Home Depot because of the lack of help but now Lowe's I think is worse. Get it together Lowe's

Preferred over Home Depot as I can at least find help here. Standard Lowe's, nothing fancy. Indoor lumber yard.
