On a particularly tough morning, I was in a hurry. I grabbed a product off the shelf and took it to the check out. It rang up for the wrong amount. Apparently, 2 identical products are sold, one by the foot and one by the reel. The checker couldn't make the change. So, I took a photo of the label on the shelf and the right numbers didn't help. I had to wait for an employee from the department to "get the right product". It was a long, frustrating waste of time on a bad, busy day... However, the employees understood the inconvenience they were causing me and apologized profusely. There just wasn't anything they could do... They were stuck too....

I always come here. The staff here is always friendly and always willing to help with any project. Returns and pickups are very quick and easy.

I really appreciate the way they stay on top of keeping their lumber carts inside and parked next to the lumber unlike the nearby Home Depot where you have to scrounge the parking lot to find one. Also they frequently have some really great clearance priced items which always makes it fun to look around and see what's available.

great first experience, I went 1 hour before closing on a last min whim and I got help from several employees who didnt look at me as a last min shopper but eagerly helped me find what I was looking for. the gal in the garden department was most helpful in a selection of soil for my first home garden. she also told me about the great sale on trees.

Great place to get home improvement goods and anything you need for construction and building materials. Very clean and maintained. Customer service ok. They could use more associates to help the customers.
