Lowe's is pretty much the same state to state. I prefer Home Depot, but in a pinch I can handle Kobalt tools 😶. The layout is nice and the outdoor department is just getting setup and filled in. I only need a couple fittings for a friend's bathroom and they had exactly what I needed - albeit the brand was different. Employees were friendly, tho they were scarce. Hire more good people Lowe's!

Worst customer service ever! I ordered 2 palletts of concrete mix for our company on thursday. The person who I talked to told me they could possibly deliver it on Friday which was right next day, if not they can deliver at the latest on Saturday. And here I am, this is Sunday already and they told me they are going to deliver it on Wednesday! What a joke! Moreover, If you call their customer service they will keep on transfering to the other departments until I get pissed off and end up talking to the manager! No one in this Lowe's take responsibility, nor do they care about their customers. Our company will never do business with them again!

Usually have no problem but today the spray paint area was practically empty, no worker to be found and check out had 2 cashiers & 5 people waiting in each line. Perhaps my 11am shopping happened at the lunch break?

Went in to lowes antioch today to return a thermocouple for my firepit that was not the right one. Never installed it because the threads were the wrong size for the gas valve The girl at the return counter, Brook, said that it was used and I could not return it . They called to the plumbing department three times to see if someone could verify it was used or not. So I told the girl at the counter that I would leave my part at counter and be right back.... Returning with three of the same number thermocouples from the shelf, I put them on the counter next to the one I was returning and they couldn't tell the difference. Customer is always right and I WILL NO LONGER BE SHOPPING AT LOWES!!!. Sad thing is, they have some GREAT employees like Deanna at the PRO DESK. I special ordered hard to find pavers in January and Deanna found them in Stockton, ordered them for me and came in a week early. THANKS DEANNA!!!
