One of the worst locations I have ever been too. I'm Not the type to complain about stores or write a bad yelp review but my experience was disgusting. I had ordered about 1300 sq ft on sale at a San Jose location and figured out my workers miscalculated the area. The only location who cared the same color was Livermore, I called and made sure to verify they had enough of the color I needed. I spoke to the manager Blanca and let her know it was a two hour drive for me and please have my order ready. I was informed the system showed that they had 13 boxes(about 350 sq ft) left, I only needed 10. After the two hour drive I arrive at the location and had to wait for the manager to explain to her new employee how to work the system and what price deals are available. Although she was informed I was in a rush I waited patiently trying to keep calm. After she let me know they were only able to find 6 boxes and the others were probably "destroyed or lost ". Although I told her why did you tell me you had them all , she then informed me it was busy and she couldn't go confirm. This place lost 5 boxes of flooring in the smallest warehouse of all 6 locations I have been too? Even with a slight discount for "inconvenience", I was given the 6th box open and missing 2 pieces, when I had told Blanca she replied with attitude you want it or not. This manger obviously does not care about the stores reputation or the customers. I will follow up with a corporate complaint

The three times I've tried to do some research and make a flooring purchase here, I have had a whole bunch of help trying to upsell myself. They didn't seam interested in what I needed, and when I sent them a spec sheet for what I needed on one job, they didn't even bother responding to me about the order I requested. Pff, cool story bro. You lost my business to Abbey's Flooring downtown. Super nice folks over there got me exactly what I needed.
