Best Home Depot in The East Bay. I always come here to place orders. Best Pro Desk and Customer Service reps. Easy parking and way less crowded than most of them.

Its very big, has lots of stuff. If you walk in for a few items you need to ask where each thing is because its just too hard to find small items in such a large place. Even though they have many younger people working here most of them can tell you where to find something at least. Items for the most part are quality. I have gotten a few dud items but they will take them back even without reciept as long as its not used. All in all a decent store!

Home Depot in Martinez is the best for service stay Away from Pittsburgh store. I have not had one good experience there The latest was delivery of damaged flooring in a private vehicle with no notice of delivery. I returned more than half my order and received attitude from customer service.

Understaffed, especially cashiers. Often items out of stock. But convenient location and easy parking

The only reason I give this store one star is because of the poor level of customer service I consistently receive. The latest is from an employee with green highlights in her hair (as of 4\27\18). She stands about 5'2" and is hispanic looking. She fails to use common pleasantries like: thank you or your welcome and acts annoyed when asked a question. On 4\27\18 at approximately 930am I asked her where the Rapid set stucco was. I was uncertain if she was going to help me as she didnt acknowledge me and began using her phone. She then yelled at another employee to "answer his phone!". Super unprofessional. After she was done yelling she instructed me, very abruptly, the stucco was on the drywall aisle. I said "thank you" twice. She couldnt even look in my direction or say you're welcome. This is unacceptable. There is a customer service process however she has mo clue as to what it is. I plan on calling Home Depot's corporate office Monday as this is the second time this employee has been rude to me.
