This store is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to customer service we went down to get paint the sales associate Adrianna started a bunch of drama and was yelling the other girl March was very courteous and helpfully when it came time to check out there were no registers open we talked to one of the managers and we're instructed to go all the way down to pro services since they had Adrianna outside talking with her after her explosion then we went back the next day to get another gallon of paint and they didn't get the paint right basically this store does not have their sh*the together and we will not be going here ever again ......kudos to March as we are back here a 3rd time and once again she is extremely helpful and nice , probably the only person here with real customer service skills ..... beware going to this store if you have to go to the paint department ask for March by name

so far one of the worst experiences that i have ever had at a store. We ordered new closet doors for our kids before Christmas last year. They were supposed to be delivered in the beginning of January. I have yet to get the doors. They supposedly have shown up broken to Lowe's warehouse a couple different times... I am still waiting for a call back from the store manager. I asked for the call back on 2/13/18. Every time I call, I am getting a run around about when the doors will be in.

ZERO STARS BECAUSE OF DORITA'S POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOWES POOR PRODUCT. My husband and I bought a washer online not quite two months ago. The return policy we saw on the Lowe's website was 90 days. The dryer did not dry our clothes all the way, even with really small loads (just 2 jeans!). After 2 months it smelled like something burning and made our clothes smell of burned material. We tried to return the dryer to Lowe's but were informed that the return policy on appliances is 30 days which was not stated anywhere clearly...there was fine print that said some appliance may have a shorter return policy but it never stated what the shorter period was! We asked to speak to a manager because the return time frame was not clearly outlined. We talked to a manager named DORITA and she assured us she would try to help us on Monday by getting a RA (return authorization code as she explained) from Whirlpool but it was Sunday night and Whirlpool hotline was closed. Today is Thursday and DORITA has failed to return our daily calls or help us. Someone at customer service returned one of our messages on behalf of DORITA and gave us the Lowe's hotline for service repair. Whirlpool is giving us the run around and no one seems to care that the product they sold us is a broken machine that stopped working in less than 60 days. Lowe's should stand behind their product, DORITA should stand behind her word to help a customer or not make assurances that she would help. She just wanted us out of her store. As you wish DORITA, we'll stay out of Lowe's because your bad customer service. You'd be wise to do the same. There are a lot of places to buy appliances and this should not be the one.

Tried to call the nursery, and the lady put me on hold after hearing my question. After maybe 2 minutes I got patched through to Costumer service. I told her I was on hold with the nursery, but maybe she could help me? Mid sentence and without saying anything she put me back on hold. After another minute the line got disconnected. Managers: talk to your people about costumer service. Happened today. 3/21/18.
