Boki and Pat were exceptionally helpful with figuring out how to extend a floor that had been put in years ago where the original manufacturer no longer made the same flooring. They got the selection right and the installation team did a stellar (and pretty quick!) job. Everything about them was honest and professional plus they were patient as heck while the other parts of our project caused literally months of delay to the flooring effort. I will definitely go to Quaglino's for future flooring needs!

High quality hardwood floors and carpet to choose from. Prices are good too!

My experience with Quaglino’s Flooring was excellent. Pat is very knowledgeable about floor products and installation. I spent many hours, and he and Gretchen patiently helped me select the right wood flooring for my house. The installers had to do a lot of prep work, but they did a thorough job. I got a good price for the product and installation, compared to many other options in San Luis. The staff is friendly and personable which made it an easy buying experience. Above all, they seem like a trustworthy business that will stand by their product if problems were to come up.

Quaglino's has installed flooring at two of our homes over the years and they are the best! Very honest, fair priced, and the products they carry are all high quality. Most importantly, they stand behind their installation and the product. Excellent customer service. Wish more places were like this.
