I am a retailer. I usually go to lowers buying a lot stuff every day and resale to my customers for their projects. I also made budget every time by using the coupon from Lowes' email to make sure the price can lower than Ace. But today, the front cashier at this lows gave me a really hard time! She asked me I have to print the coupon otherwise she can't sell to me. I tried to explain to her the coupon using "Unique Code" and the paper doesn't show that I need to print it, and open my email file to her. If I were at different laws, they would just put the code in the computer and it works! Now, it is 8PM. Where I can print it. "I need to return everything and go to the different lowers buy them again tomorrow !" "Talk to our manager if you have any question!" she said. It is really not nice and scared to me! So I made a decision and told employees do not go to this Lowe's so we don't need to worry about getting different price anymore!

Absolute worst hardware store period. Forget that it’s a Lowe’s. I mean out of any hardware company in a 100 mile area this is the worst place. Literally no employee will say hi! Try it out they just don’t do it. Customer service doesn’t exist here! If you want customer service I suggest either the break room or the key center. To top it off the girl (I won’t describe her) in self check out is a loof! The whole store is unhelpful and on auto pilot

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, size and selection. Appreciate the kids building workshops. Witnessed a tour bus stop here once for its asian tourists to shop this Lowe's.

Ordered a chest freezer.Was told it would be shipped at the store in 2 weeks.Called the store,gave them my number was told it have arrived,.Went to the store and it wasn't there.Was told it would arrived on the 20th of November.Gave it one more week and called again on the 27th and still hasn't arrived. Never ordering from them again.Very bad service. First and last time
