Came into the Norwalk Lowe's looking to buy an Air Compressor. I had no clue what I wanted or needed, thankfully Tony came to the rescue. This man really knows his stuff! He showed me the differences between all the different compressors and helped me make an educated choice. Thank you for that Tony!! We checked out in the garden center so my wife could look at all the beautiful plants. A really nice girl named Skye helped us. Everyone was extra nice and helpful at this store. Great experience, will definitely be back.

Very easy parking. Lots of items for the home. Great prices and the staff is very helpful. Returning items is very easy with a reciept.

Adrian in the tool department was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and took the time to explain things to me because he took the time to explain things to me I ended up buying more items. You could tell Adrienne takes pride in his work and enjoys helping customers to make them happy

Manager exchange my water heater with no problem. With the labor day holiday it would have taken 3 day to get a authorization from A O SMITH company. Thank you Lowes
