I purchased laminate and stair noses for my house. It takes 21 day for the order of stair noses. But they damage them in shipment and it only take 3 days to replace? Amazing!! These people have the worst customer service. I called and it took them 4 minutes just to answer the phone. Them I'm put on hold for 5 minutes for them to get on their computer. Then put on hold two more times. I was on the phone for 30 minutes just to told my order did not arrive and was damaged. Now I have to wait again? I asked for free delivery of stair noses & was told they can't do that. Wow!! They have no problem accepting your money.

Everyone is very helpful in helping you with your project. They are very knowledgeable and have a great selection of tile to choose from.

We had two young ladies assist us who we later found out we're best friends, help us pick out laminate for an accent wall, load it on to a cart, grab the bucket of glue we needed at their suggestion, help us through checkout, and load it in our car for us. My wife and I consider that a reflection of good quality management.

It is a very nice place. Very nice service. It is just that the cashier charged us 2 times the same item.

11/20/17 I haven't heard from Floor&Decor. They were supposed to have an inspector contact me to schedule an inspection. The holidays are here and we are unable to use our bathroom. The only tile that is failing it the tile we bought from Floor&Decor. We have been trying to resolve this with them since July. I am not only out several thousand dollars in product and labor, I also have to get my bathroom redone again. I can't do that until we have an inspection though. What do they care, they already have their money! Save yourself the headache, do somewhere else. 11/17/17 inspection has still not been scheduled. UPDATE: I am still waiting to have my tile inspected by Floor&Decor. The first company they found to inspect my tile was terrible with communication and when I finally did reach them, the inspector started verbally attacking me for not calling him back even though I did. Now I am waiting for another company to contact me to inspect the tile. This has been going on for months now. I have a brand new bathroom that is falling apart. I can't use it and every time I go into the bathroom I am finding additional tile that is cracked or falling apart. This is the worst experience ever. I have renovated several bathrooms and never had this experience, though this is the first time we have went with a product from Floor & Decor. Floor & Decor has also continuously had my review from Yelp but I will continue to update the situation. I don't see it coming to an end any time soon. They don't stand behind their product. Go elsewhere please! Save yourself the trouble. You will thank me! My product was professionally installed by a licensed contractor and this is what is happening after a very short time from installation. If anyone had had a similar experience and would like to contact me directly please do so. I would like to see how we can work together and get some resolution from this. Inbox me. I bought subway tile from this store to have professionally installed by my licensed contractor who specializes in tile specifically. He has done other jobs for me so I know the quality of his work. Anyhow, the tile has been installed for less than 2 months and has hairline fracture cracks in several different areas, on several different walls, and seems to be developing more as I am inspecting the bathroom every day for new cracks. I had a second contractor evaluate the work and was told that the tile work itself is fine but that the glaze on the tile seemed to be weak and that is why it was cracking in the way that it is I contacted Floor&Decor the next day. I was told by a Floor&Decor District Manager that they would send someone out to see what the problem is. I called back to arrange for that to happen and I was told that they in fact would not send someone out and if that I wanted to hire an inspector to evaluate it and submit a claim I could. I will have to come out of pocket for that inspection and then submit the claim to their corporate office and I "might get reimbursed". I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. So, now I am stuck with a brand new bathroom that I don't even want to look at. I am out of pocket several thousand dollars spend on crappy tile, will have to pay to replace it, have all of the bad tile removed, and hopefully my brand new bathroom still looks brand new when all of that is done. I know my wallet won't look brand new anymore.
