My men go into this store very often and we do sales over the phone for the company. Since you have to do phone sales at one end or the other of the store a lot of times you have to walk back to the opposite end in order to exit by your car or truck. The people doing the phone sales are always very nice but I don't like being jacked up like I'm a thief when I'm exiting the store at the other end with my receipt in hand and the merchandise in a Home Depot bag. The way they approached me was very rude and obnoxious.

Workers need to familiarize themselves with products in the store. I ask three workers about metal fence post and no one knew what I was talking about. Really?

Worst customer service. Went in to buy 2 items. Glass mirror for bathroom and gas dryer. Could not find an associate anywhere. When we did he had to call for the right person. We waited for over 15 mins and no one came. So we went on to the dryer section. An associate did ask if we needed help but we had just walked up. After looking at them for about 15-20 mins she could not be found. Waited a bit more and had to walk all the way to the front desk to find someone. She was their on the computer. Made a lil complaint and she said I'll be right there. Went back and waited another 15 mins. By then I was done. She was up front while 3 other girls were just talking around. Made a complaint to an associate and he was nice enough to give me the store managers name. Called to the store and was told he stepped out and he would call me back asap. This was on April 7th. It's April the 9th and no call back. This store is the worst.
