I love Lowes, they are so helpful! My veggies that I purchased are doing beautifully & as a grandmother with limitations to my back, they help load everything I need & my grandson unloads for me. Always friendly. To many bad experiences with Home Depot.

I prefer Lowe's over home Depot. Every so often they won't have all that I need and I'd stop somewhere else but vary seldomly. Love the store. If like to be left alone in there for a week. I'd have something cool built

I've been here a number of times but today in particular the experience was exceptional. We purchased a new garbage disposal and a new light fixture as well as a few odds and ends. The woman in plumbing (I want to say her name was Marlene, I hope that's correct) was an incredible help, friendly, and very knowledgeable. When we made our way over to the lights we were immediately approached with a smile and a friendly greeting offering assistance. We let Greg (Greg H, I believe) know what we were in the market to buy and he said he has "just the thing" for us. He did. He listened to us and grabbed exactly what we wanted. At check out we found out that enlisted military and veterans can sign up online which will save them from having to provide their ID or DD-214 which is nice. (My boyfriend always forgets his so once he signs up they said he can go back to customer service and have that discount refunded!) Great experience today, keep it up!
