Worst experience ever at this type of store!!! Please employ people who know the product and their locations. I asked the lady who was working the front area with the self checkouts where I could find patches for leather. Of course she had no idea (which I don't really mind) but she didn't even try to find out where they were. It's like she was trying to put in the least amount of effort possible. Then after searching for about an hour for everything I needed I was told that they would not accept my 50$ bill because "it was too old and the machines didn't recognize it". Where is there a sign that says they don't accept old cash?? Never again!! I'm going to home depot from now on.

For sure i would give this store a 5 plus, but today was one bad day. I went to customer service to request to complete a military discount application becuz on line app wasn't working. When i asked the young man behind the counter of service side. He pointed and told me go see the man that was about 60 feet away. I go and asked the man what i was there for, he send me back to the service desk the see a young lady. When i told the young lady i was sent to see her for what i was requesting ... she looks toward the guy who sent me and sigh out load looking up set. Later i cross paths with the same young lady who didn't even say anything or just a smile. Every other employee there greats me or ask if i needed help ....

The people are the tops so helpful I just wish you had one closer to Highway 65 and Merced Avenue need a grocery store out here too

I do not know why it took me so long for Lowe’s to become my 1st choice in home improvement store. Lowe’s has a lot more employees/assistants to help you and are more friendlier as well.
