This store is 5 star. I shop here all the time. They have a better selection than Lowe's and the workers aren't lazy. I just went in to get a large amount of lumber and I had 4 guys load it all in the carts and my truck. The ship to store is great also. I am used to using Lowe's where they can't find a drill sitting 10 feet away, in plain view. The online store has so much more. Thank you.

Every employee I have ask a question,is very knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to help me find the item I am looking for. One of the few stores who want to give customer satisfaction.

The store is AWESOME and I shipped here yesterday AND today and then this old dude in a truck drove by and told me I can't sell my trailer in the parking lot. I've been here since yesterday and asked permission from the manager. The old dude in white truck, honked, so I had to come to him, didn't introduce himself and rudely said I couldn't sell and he was going to contact the owner or manager, I cannot remember which . But he was out of line. Make up your mind Home Depot! Kick shoppers out or welcome customers? Otherwise I LOVE your store.

This home depot in tehachapi has to be the worst case of judgemental racist and extremely rude and unprofessional staff i have ever came across anywhere. I travel for work alot and i needed to get a couple things at this particular store and with my co worker who is black the minute we stepped foot in the store i had 3 staff workers who by the way knew absolutely nothing about tools no matter the question i asked they said either they didnt know or made it up. I had $300 to spend and they were talking loud enough for us to hear and it was rude and judgemental saying watch him theyre no good. I have never stolen whatsoever. I think the staff could of been respectful and now i dont know if il ever spend a dime there again.
