They have a variety of products and services for everyone from college kids to seasoned professionals. If I have questions, I normally wait for the associate to finish with customers as many people seem to treat them like (redacted). Normally, I am in and out but I could imagine people spending time in there trying to learn they themselves are not ready to rebuild a kitchen... Also, have the most availability in the early a m. and just before closing.

The 5 stars is for the very professional gal by the name of "Joey". I came in to the store last night, (maybe with a chip on my shoulder) who knows....and one of the new employees didn't handle my situation correctly. When it came to light, I was not too happy and became short with Joey. She stayed calm and did not fire back...she just handled the situation with respect, even though I was difficult and even "killed me with kindness" when she gave a little discount as well. Joey is in tune with her "Star player"........ -Kat Williams

Customer help is there downfall. There next one is they don't sell enough replacement parts for tools they sell. I buy a huge amount of items here but don't like buying moderate to expensive tools here. It's home Depot, you should know everything about it already.

Found exactly what I was looking for without any difficulty. Was warmly greeted at the entrance. Mike and Ron in electrical are doing a fine job upholding The Home Depot values. Nick ( The Beard of Knowledge) is awesome too. Les is definitely more in flooring. The M.E.T. ( merchandise execution team) continues to do a rocking job professionally staging the product throughout the store. Thank you all for your help when needed. The S.L.O. Home Depot rocks!

Easier to find desired items compared to walking in circles at the other big box home improvement store. Friendly and helpful staff.
