Well Lowe's usually pretty good but today particularly I was looking for lumber and it wasn't in the right place and what they did have was all kind of jacked up and they had to get a forklift to get to Top Shelf to see if in fact had what I wanted and they did so two stars today otherwise normally like 3 starshigh top of that too many people standing around talking to each other not working unless their conversation happen to be about the job which could be but when these people are lining up make it short and sweet and open up damn register

I have experienced some of the worst customer service here on multiple occasions. It is truly amazing how poorly they treat people looking to spend money at their location. There are a few good employees but they aren't there consistently or in all departments. I would recommend spending the extra time and gas going to the Modesto location if you are looking to shop at Lowe's.

I might have had to wait but it was worth it. The lumber guys carried everything in the truck for me no problem. Knowledgeable staff paired with Excellent customer service always keeps me coming back thanks guys.
