Had 1 window that needed to be replaced. Lowes came out a measured and ordered it. They contracted the job out. I had to pay and outrageous amount. The installer was suppose to be at my house between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. At 1:30 I called the store to see what was going on, talked to someone and they were going to find out what was going on. Never got a call back. The installer showed up around 4 and said he couldn't call. He was here less then an hour. The window screen has 2 holes in it. Looks like his fingers went through it. When he took the window frame off, he took the paint off to the bare wood all around the window. There is caulking on the window frame. The job was done quickly and it shows. Called Lowe's the next morning was told I'd get a call back in 15 minutes, never received a call. 6 hours later I called again and was told the installer would call me. Well that never happened. I was going to have Lowe's put in flooring, not now. I'll use someone else. I'll never have Lowe's install anything in my home again. Buyer beware.
