I bought a Whirlpool Washer and Dryer here, along with the extended protection plan. The Dryer worked for about two months and then the motherboard blew. Lowes sent out a tech o fix it, between ordering the parts and the actual repair; the process took 2.5 weeks. Three days after the repair the dryer broke down again. Same exact symptoms. Come to find out that whirlpool has had a lot of problems with these units. I just want my money back or at least a new Dryer to exchange with my broken one. Instead, the Lowes Rep tells me that I have to have their repairman, who has already told me the dryer cannot be fixed, come out two more times before they can think about replacing the unit. Which means I will have to go another month without a dryer before Lowes will take care of the issue. Lesson learned... Buy your appliances at Home Depot where they stand behind their products.

Awesome Black Friday experience! Got all the 99 cent poinsettias I needed and all the extras I didn't know I needed. Spent $500 more than I planned, but it was well worth it! Lowe's sale prep was well organized, sales staff was abundant and very helpful which made for a congenial crowd. Who needs Home Depot? In fact, people in line said they left HD because of the crowded chaos. Lowe's has better stuff at the same low prices and its a much better shopping experience!

All of this staff was polite and extremely knowledgeable about their store as soon as I needed help there was someone there to give me advice and guide me in the right direction the best Lowe's I've ever been in very clean and all of the employees were happy to work there with smiles on their faces

I bought a brand new washer and dryer here a little over a year ago. The washer broke this summer and was over 300 bucks to fix it. And it just broke again and it's over 500 to fix it. The washer cost 600 new. This was a whirlpool washer. I've been very nice calling asking them to make it right and all they would offer is a 10% discount for another $600 soon to be paperweight. Be careful of this place. I will be there soon to ask one more time for them to make this right. If they don't, I will make sure they lose $10,000 in sales of potential customers. Lows this is your last warning to contact me and offer a legitimate resolution. Anyone that knows me can ensure you that I will make sure you suffer more than I have. Your move.
