I was helped by two different people, I thanked them, and they just ignored me. Mixed feelings on that one. The store is alright. Good prices, massive selection. If you’ve been to Lowe’s, you know this place.

I mainly only visit the garden center. And they have some really great deals in the plant clearance section. Also, any bags of dirt,rock, mulch that may be open is sold at a discounted price. They are normally rebagged and marked but if you find a unmarked bag that is ripped/open and you ask the associate working, you can sometimes get it discounted down to just $1/bag. Not always but it doesn't hurt to ask. Other than that, the clearance plant section on the side has some good finds and all the employees, and even the other customers are really nice. Clean isles, lots of lighting and employees willing to help. Normally pretty empty so there aren't really any lines and there is plenty, and I mean plenty of parking.

The employees are extremely patient and helpful at the Puente Hills/Industry location... Helped me load up my car, and had a great sense of humor as well. Garden department is on point. Inside the store.... well, you guys could clean up a bit...the aisles were messy and disorganized... (At the front of store you have a young woman with long black hair who is extremely rude....have no idea what her issue was, we were asking where the bathroom was...super rude.)

Had looked all over for a specific type of kiddie pool that I needed, placed the order online since they showed they had one left in stock. Waited all day for the confirmation to come pick of the pool. Finally, called and after being on hold for a while was informed that they didn't have it in stock and had cancelled my order but apparently never sent anything to inform me of that. Beware ordering online from them.
